Our Seeds are sold as souvenirs and collectibles only. Every single seed on this website contains less than 0.3% THC and therefore considered hemp seeds by our law. It is very imperative that you check your state & local laws before attempting to purchase seeds; we are not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving. Six3Automatic & Autoflowerseeds.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and for any reason at any time.

- We will replace seeds that fail to germinate for all customers in eligible states at our best discretion, 90% Germination promise
- Local restrictions for customers in the following states are not eligible for replacements: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Eligibility for replacements determined by the shipping address associated with your order.
- It's Always recommended to buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. As a 90% germination rate is reasonable & expected. We will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89% if 9 of 10 seeds germinated that's good, if only 8 of 10 germinated we will send you 1 replacement seed.
- Please submit any germination issues within 60 days of your purchase.
- Replacements issued in the form of a store credit and calculated based on the price of the seeds at the time of purchase.
- We do not process refunds and all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.
We do our best at Six3Automatic and Autoflowerseeds.com to ensure a successful germination and fast delivery of your orders. Germination among other issues can and do happen, we are here to help in any way possible. We stand behind our products and only work with trusted growers & breeders. If a genuine issue occurs, we are always more than happy to replace seeds for you. Replacements will come in the form of store credit so you can pick out exactly what you would like, just in case you change your mind on a strain. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at the time of purchase.

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for the seeds to germinate before contacting us. Germination is a very delicate process and can easily go wrong at no fault of the seed or the breeder. Please review techniques and properly do due diligence before germinating seeds. It’s advised to buy and germinate 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. This margin is within the realm of what we feel is reasonable and realistic for germination rates. Please be fair and understand that we are a small honest business. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of strains, it’s almost certainly not the seed’s fault. We reserve the right to make that judgment call.
Please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you have an issue. This is because we have no control over the environment and conditions the seeds are kept in once they leave our facility. For maximum germination potential we store all of our seeds in the best possible environment under the most ideal conditions. Having no way of knowing what they’ve been exposed to outside of our facility, therefore we cannot honor germination replacements over a certain period of time (60 days) Your satisfaction as a customer is truly of utmost importance to us and we look forward to having a great relationship with you
